If you run a grocery, convenience store, deli or off-licence on Square (coffee counter or not) and list on Deliveroo, you know the drill: change a price in Square, then log into the Deliveroo portal and change it again, item by item. Miss one and customers see a different price on Deliveroo than in your shop, while supplier costs keep moving underneath.

Yes, if you choose to. Markup rules will let you add a percentage to delivery prices by category (for example fresh or alcohol), round prices to endings like .49 or .99, set price floors and ceilings, and hold a minimum margin, with overrides for single items. You preview every price before anything changes, and nothing is published to Deliveroo until you turn the rules on. By default, SyncShelf keeps your Deliveroo prices the same as Square. Your Deliveroo agreement has its own terms on pricing, so check it before pricing delivery differently.
Add your cost prices once (a spreadsheet upload works) and your commission rate. SyncShelf will show each item's margin in your shop and on Deliveroo, and flag an item when a supplier price rise squeezes it. You can try the same maths now with the free Deliveroo margin calculator.
SyncShelf is for independent shops on Square that sell on Deliveroo as a grocery or retail partner: convenience stores, delis, farm shops, bakeries and off-licences, including shops with a coffee counter. It isn't built for restaurants.
