Just Eat Partner Hub (formerly Partner Centre): how to update your menu prices

This guide follows Just Eat’s own partner help pages, quoted and dated, for changing prices in the Just Eat Partner Hub (formerly Partner Centre): how to log in, where prices live, bulk changes, the app, when changes go live, and how to fix a menu that’s only half updated. Screen and button names are Just Eat’s, in quotes. If a screen looks different, the linked help page is the authority.

Just Eat Partner Hub login (formerly Partner Centre)

Just Eat's partner portal is now called the Partner Hub. Many owners still know it as Partner Centre, and the old address, partner-centre.just-eat.co.uk, now sends you to Just Eat's sign-in for partner-hub.just-eat.co.uk (we checked on 22 October 2026). Just Eat's own guide says to head to the Partner Hub and follow the on-screen instructions to create your username and password. If you forget your password, you can reset it on the Partner Hub.

Where your Just Eat menu prices live

Prices live in Menu Manager, inside the Partner Hub under ‘Management’ then ‘Menu/Items’. Just Eat calls it a self-service tool for everything from price changes to adding products and meal deals. Each item can carry more than one price:

Change one price, step by step

  1. Change the price in your till first, so your in-store system stays the source of truth.
  2. Log into the Partner Hub.
  3. Go to ‘Management’ then ‘Menu/Items’.
  4. Tap the menu item you want to change, then tap ‘Edit’ at the top of the page.
  5. Enter your new sale price. To set a different collection price, select ‘Add collection price’.
  6. Tap ‘Save’.
  7. When you have made all your menu changes, tap ‘Publish’.

For an item with variations: choose the ‘Category’, select the item, choose the variation, tap the edit icon, add the new price and tap ‘Save’. Then ‘Publish’.

Bulk editing Just Eat prices

Just Eat's menu guide describes changing prices item by item, plus one route for big changes: replacing your whole menu.

  1. Log into the Partner Hub and go to ‘Management’ then ‘Menu/Items’.
  2. Scroll down to ‘Help and Support’ on the bottom left-hand side.
  3. Click ‘Upload a copy of your menu’, then ‘Replace your menu’.
  4. Upload the new menu as a PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOCX, XLS or XLSX file (up to 20MB) and add a note if you need to.
  5. Click ‘Publish’. Just Eat says it will make the changes as soon as it can.

Just Eat notes that this option isn't available to every partner; its guide says it depends on whether you're integrated and how many sites you have. For a handful of price changes, editing items directly is quicker than waiting on a menu replacement.

The Just Eat Partner Hub app

Just Eat says the Partner Hub is open 24 hours a day and available as an app: search for the ‘Just Eat Partner Hub’ app on Google Play or the App Store. Its menu instructions are written for a touchscreen, so the same steps work on a phone. Use whichever is easier, but make all your changes in one place and publish once.

When Just Eat menu changes go live

A saved change isn't live until you publish it. Just Eat repeats the same instruction throughout its guide: only tap ‘Publish’ once you've made all desired changes to your menu. For a whole-menu replacement, Just Eat says it will make the changes “as soon as we can”. It doesn't publish a fixed turnaround for that, so check the live listing in the customer app before you assume it's done.

What to do when your Just Eat menu is half-updated

  1. Check for unpublished changes. The most common cause: prices saved item by item, but ‘Publish’ never tapped. Open Menu/Items, finish your edits and publish once.
  2. Check collection prices. If you added a collection price, the delivery price can be right while the collection price is still old.
  3. Check variations and deals. A size variation or a meal deal has its own price, and these are the ones most often missed when the main item changes.
  4. Check a pending menu replacement. If you uploaded a replacement menu, Just Eat's team may still be working on it.
  5. Finish against your till. Tick off every Just Eat item against your till price list, including variations and deals, then publish.
