Deliveroo Partner Hub: how to edit your menu and prices

This guide follows Deliveroo’s own help pages, quoted and dated, for changing prices in Deliveroo Partner Hub: how to log in, where prices live in Menu Manager, how to change prices in bulk, the Partner Hub App, when changes go live, and how to fix a menu that’s only half updated. Screen and button names are Deliveroo’s, in quotes. If a screen looks different, the linked help page is the authority.

Deliveroo Partner Hub login

Deliveroo's partner portal is Partner Hub (often shortened to Hub). Deliveroo sends an invitation to the owner or main contact it has on file. If it hasn't arrived within the first two weeks of joining, Deliveroo says to contact your local Partner team.

Where your Deliveroo menu prices live

Prices live in Menu Manager in Partner Hub: go to Partner Hub, enter your login details and select Menu Manager in the sidebar. Each menu item carries its own price and tax rate, set when you add or edit the item. Menu Manager also holds your categories, photos and any scheduled menus, and lets you publish one menu to several sites.

If you don't have access to Menu Manager yet, Deliveroo asks you to request menu changes with the ‘Get in touch’ form on the Help page in Hub. Those changes take up to 3 days.

If you offer Pickup, Pickup prices are set separately in Menu Manager. Deliveroo says that if you don't change them, your delivery prices are used by default. Our Deliveroo pricing guide explains why Pickup prices matter.

Change one price, step by step

  1. Change the price in your till first, so your in-store system stays the source of truth.
  2. Go to Partner Hub, enter your login details and select Menu Manager in the sidebar.
  3. Click on the menu item you want to edit.
  4. Change the price (you can also change the name, description, image or tax rate).
  5. Click ‘Save’.
  6. Click ‘Publish’ to set the menu live with the edited item.
  7. If you run more than one site, use the three dots next to ‘Publish’ to publish the menu to the other sites too.

Bulk editing Deliveroo prices

Deliveroo's Menu Manager has a Bulk Management tool that changes many items at once with a CSV file. Deliveroo's help page lists the steps:

  1. Log in to Menu Manager and click ‘Bulk Management’.
  2. Select ‘Update Items’, choose the attributes you want to update (for prices, the delivery price and, if you offer pickup, the pickup price) and download the CSV file.
  3. Edit only the fields you want to change. Don't modify the item_id, and delete the rows for items you're not updating.
  4. Upload the file, fix any errors or warnings, review the changes and confirm.

In the template, delivery_price is what the customer pays for a delivery order and instore_price is what they pay for a pick-up order. Prices go in as plain numbers with no currency symbol. Deliveroo warns that you cannot undo an upload once confirmed, so check the file against your till before you confirm.

The Deliveroo Partner Hub app

Deliveroo's Partner Hub App isn't downloaded from an app store. Deliveroo describes it as a Progressive Web App that you install from Hub in your phone's browser:

Deliveroo presents the app mainly as a way to get push notifications (new customer reviews, order disruption) with a mobile-optimised interface. Stock changes during service have their own route: in Hub, go to the ‘Live Orders’ page, select ‘Stock levels’, choose ‘Sold out today’, ‘Hide from menu’ or ‘In stock’ and press ‘Save’, and remember to publish.

When Deliveroo menu changes go live

Saving isn't enough. Deliveroo's instructions end the same way every time: click ‘Publish’ to set the menu live, and “don't forget to ‘Publish’ your menu if you want your saved changes to go live for your customers to see”. Changes requested through the Help page instead of Menu Manager take up to 3 days.

What to do when your Deliveroo menu is half-updated

  1. Check for saved-but-unpublished changes. The most common cause. Open the menu in Menu Manager and publish it.
  2. Check every site. If you publish one menu to several sites, a site left off the publish list keeps the old prices. Use the three dots next to ‘Publish’ and choose the sites.
  3. Check Pickup prices. If you set separate Pickup prices, they need updating too. If you never set them, they follow your delivery prices.
  4. Check scheduled menus. If you schedule different menus for different times, the menu customers see now may not be the one you edited.
  5. Finish against your till. Tick off every Deliveroo item against your till price list, then publish once.
