Change a price in Square. It's right on Deliveroo too.
No more updating the Deliveroo portal item by item, and no more prices drifting out of step. SyncShelf is being built to keep your Deliveroo prices in line with Square automatically, and to show your margin after commission on every item.

How SyncShelf works
Four steps. Then Square and Deliveroo agree.
No re-pricing item by item in the Deliveroo portal, and no prices drifting out of step between your till and your delivery listing. Here's exactly what setting SyncShelf up involves.
Step 1
Connect Square and Deliveroo
Link your Square account and your Deliveroo shop once. We read your items and prices from Square — nothing is published to Deliveroo during setup. Deliveroo switches each shop's connection on at their end, which is why we onboard shops directly.
Step 2
Add costs and your commission rate
Add your cost prices once — a spreadsheet upload works — and your commission rate. That unlocks the margin view: what each item really earns on delivery after commission and VAT.
Step 3
Set your rules and preview
By default your Deliveroo prices simply match Square. If you want delivery prices to differ — a markup on fresh or alcohol, .99 endings, a minimum margin — set it as a rule. You preview every price before anything changes.
Step 4
Turn it on and forget the portal
Once you're happy, SyncShelf keeps your Deliveroo prices in step with Square automatically, and flags an item when a supplier price rise squeezes its margin. You keep running prices from Square as you do now.
